Our tuition-free ALL-NEW Transition Readiness and College Knowledge program for middle schoolers (T.R.A.C.K.) will provide your middle schooler (6th-7th) a comprehensive suite of social-emotional learning, mentoring, humanities, sports & leadership, and S.T.E.M programming to help them make a successful transition to high school and beyond.

What is the T.R.A.C.K. program?

The goal of this program is to develop a pipeline of youth applicants to high-performing secondary schools in the competitive landscape of Chicago. We are a five-day-a-week year-round academic program for 6th and 7th graders.

We have a variety of field trips, exposure to scholarship resources, and high school options of all varieties: selective enrollment, magnet, independent, and parochial schools.

We also have a series of workshops for families to educate them about the high school selection process called Options 101.

These workshops include information on

• How to apply
• Understanding testing scores
• High school entrance exams
• Various scholarship options

Tutors are first and second-year education majors. Youth increase proficiency in Math and ELA via daily practice, small group instruction, and assessment.

Coaches help youth develop and maintain executive function skills that are critical to school and career habits.
